NestScope UK is a free, interactive map tool that displays publicly available government data about UK areas, including school information, crime statistics, healthcare facilities, transport links, flood monitoring, green spaces and supermarkets. The service is provided “as is” for informational purposes only.

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the service at scale
• Attempt to overload, disrupt or interfere with the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the service

• Reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit the service or its aggregated data without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when interacting with the service

4. Data Accuracy & Limitations

NestScope displays data sourced from official UK government datasets (DfE, Ofsted, NHS, UK Police API, Environment Agency, Ordnance Survey, NaPTAN, Geolytix). While we endeavour to keep data current, we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

NestScope is not a substitute for professional advice. Do not rely solely on information displayed on this site when making decisions about property purchases, school selection, personal safety or any other significant matter. Always verify information with the original source and seek professional advice where appropriate.

5. Intellectual Property

The NestScope website, its design, code and branding are the property of NestScope UK. The underlying government data is used under the Open Government Licence v3.0 and Crown Copyright as applicable.

Map tiles are provided by CartoDB (CARTO) and OpenStreetMap contributors under their respective licences.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NestScope UK shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to:

• Decisions made based on data displayed on the site
• Errors or omissions in the underlying government data
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Loss of data stored in your browser (e.g. postcode search history)

7. Third-Party Services

NestScope relies on external APIs and services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or terms of third-party data providers. Links to external sites do not imply endorsement.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep NestScope available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
